Bishop Gunn

Bishop Gunn is a Natchez, Mississippi rock-and-roll, soul, and blues band whose sound is deeply tied to the history and musical traditions of the Delta. Led by Travis McCready with Drew Smithers, Ben Lewis, and Burne Sharp, the group built a reputation through powerful live shows and a rootsy, electrified blend of Southern styles. Their debut album Natchez was recorded in Muscle Shoals and Nashville-area studios, extending their hometown sound into a full-length statement.
