OFFICIAL BIO
Emily Scott Robinson is a folk and Americana singer-songwriter whose clear voice and artful storytelling explore resilience, love, grief, hope and small-town lives. A North Carolina native who later worked as a social worker in Colorado, she began building a touring career after her 2016 debut Magnolia Queen. Her albums Traveling Mercies and American Siren earned year-end recognition, and her song “Let ’Em Burn” appeared on NPR’s 100 Best Songs of 2021. Now on her third record with Oh Boy Records, Robinson’s 2026 album Appalachia broadens her sound while continuing her deeply human, service-minded approach to songwriting.
