Shane Smith & The Saints

Shane Smith & the Saints are an Austin-born, Texas-rooted band whose American roots sound brings together country, folk, Appalachian fiddle, and roadhouse rock ’n’ roll. Led by Terrell, Texas native Shane Smith, the group built its audience through years of relentless touring, including long sets in Austin clubs and as many as 240 shows in a year. Early records Coast and Geronimo established their identity, while 2019’s Hail Mary introduced a heavier incarnation of the band. Their fourth studio album, Norther, captures the cinematic, road-tested energy of their live show and includes “Fire in the Ocean,” which they performed onscreen in Yellowstone.
