What is your backstory?

Jaxon Malone Band started in 2023 in Granbury as a folk rock band who quickly progressed into a grunge rock band. With nearly 200 shows under their belt they’re currently making waves in the scene.

Favorite lyric you've written?

“I know where you go when you’re away, tired of playing your twisted game, what do you think when you hear my name”

Dream collaboration?

Writing a song with Parker Cannon (lead singer of The Story so Far) would be crazy.

Best live show moment or memory so far?

Opened for Giovannie and the Hired Guns acoustic back in August of 2024. Had chicks dancing on tables and dudes throwing beer like it was the rowdiest show ever. Fun memory.

What's next for you?

Finishing out our current spring tour, it ends on May 30th with Sterling Elza in San Angelo, at Blaine’s pub. We’ll take a month or so off and we may be supporting a big band (so I’ve heard).

Shoutout to Austin Upchurch, we wrote our newest release with him, and he’s one of the best people I know.
